About the cancellation, returned goods, and the exchange
Initial malfunction and mis-sending out of product
We will immediately follow a procedure for returned goods and the exchange.
Please send back a defective product to our company by our instruction after it contacts our company by E-mail.
when you send it back please use the box where the product was packed enclosing the written guarantee, the manual, and the accessory, etc.
Our company will bear the carriage that hangs to sending back for a defective product and the mis-sending out.
The cancellation after the product is shipped is not accepted.
Returned goods by customer's convenience is not accepted.
In the following cases, returned goods and the exchange cannot be received.
---Product not packaged (bag and case)
---Product that puts delivery trader's slip and packing tape, directly on dressing case and is sent back
---Product that passed 11 days or more after product arrives
---Product where written guarantee and accessory are not enclosed
We will refound to your paypal account if the package is lighter weight.
